Earlier this year I was fortunate enough to complete the TriMetrix® process and initially I was rather sceptical about filling in ‘another’ personal profile.

I was pleasantly surprised, even amazed at the accuracy of the results. I couldn’t believe how accurately the process defined me. It was as though I was looking at myself in the mirror.

After working through the outcome with my coach I felt uplifted and challenged. The areas I work well in were recognised and those I need to continue to work on were identified. This awareness has assisted in my goal setting and I am confident this will allow me to become a more effective leader.
